About DJ PJAY

DJ PJAY “PJ” grew up playing the piano and singing from a young age since his father was a popular folk musician. DJ PJAY founded the hop hop band at his high school when he was 14, and started producing music the next year. Because of his passion for putting on events (check out www.Shabadusc.com, his event company) DJ PJAY realized he needed DJ’s for his parties. One of his first gigs was playing at the Playboy Mansion, and his career took off from there. PJ has played at clubs, bars, private parties, and fundraisers throughout New York. PJ grew up producing hip hop, and says that it will always be his first love. He is currently very passionate about Latin Music and DJ’s Latin parties throughout New York.

DJ PJAY loves traveling and learning languages, and speaks French, Ilongo, Spanish, and Italian. Fun fact: He holds a masters in international relations and economics from Fordham University.
